FINNERO CLUB RULES

FINNERO Clob rules apply to the contractual relationship between consumer customers and FINNERO Oy Ltd (hereinafter "FINNERO"). By joining the FINNERO Club (hereinafter referred to as the "Club"), you accept the Club terms and conditions. In addition to these terms, other terms such as delivery terms apply.

FINNERO Club membership / loyalty program is personal.

Joining the FINNERO Club

  • Anyone who is 15 years old or older can join the FINNERO Club. FINNERO reserves the right to accept or decline membership.
  • Joining is completely free and does not obligate the customer to anything.
  • Joining is done by registering on FINNERO's online store.
  • When joining, the customer must provide the requested information in the membership form correctly and up-to-date. If the information changes, the customer can update their information on their own customer account or by informing info@finnero.com. If the updated information is not provided by the customer, FINNERO cannot guarantee the reachability of, for example, email notifications or other benefits.

Club discounts and other benefits

  • As a member of the FINNERO Club, the customer is entitled to receive offers or other benefits in FINNERO's online store.
  • The offers and benefits are visible to the consumer-customer when they log in to the FINNERO online store with the email address associated with the Club. The offers and benefits are not visible to non-logged-in customers.
  • The Club benefits are valid for the specified period mentioned in the online store and cannot be utilized retrospectively.

Processing of personal and location data

  • FINNERO collects and processes personal and location data in the manner defined in FINNERO's privacy policy.
  • Customer information for the FINNERO Club is stored in FINNERO's database. The maintenance of the database is the responsibility of FINNERO Oy Ltd.
  • Purchases made for the purpose of targeted direct marketing are recorded on a product-specific basis.
  • FINNERO has the right, with the customer's consent, to process customer data for marketing purposes and send direct marketing materials via email and text message to Club customers based on their consent.
  • The customer can at any time request to receive FINNERO's newsletter by email or receive text messages from FINNERO by updating their information or by contacting info@finnero.com.
  • The customer has the right to prohibit the use of their information for marketing purposes at any time by removing the consent(s) from their own information or by contacting info@finnero.com via email.
  • Customer information is not disclosed to third parties.

Changes to the Club's terms, member information, marketing permissions, and resignation from the Club

  • FINNERO has the right to terminate the operation of the Club by providing a notice of at least three (3) months before the discontinuation of the system.
  • FINNERO reserves the right to modify the Club's terms by notifying the customer via the email or phone number provided by the customer, or by providing information on their website.
  • The customer is considered to have received the notification no later than seven (7) days after the notification is sent or published.
  • FINNERO has the right to exclude any individual from the Club at any time if they are found to have abused the Club's benefits.
  • The customer can modify their own information at any time by logging into the FINNERO website. The consumer-customer can also update, delete, or review their information by contacting info@finnero.com via email
